Nighthawk Canoes are light, strong and beautiful. These premium canoes are all handmade, one at a time, and can be custom built to suit your paddling preferences. Among the lightest weight canoes available, Nighthawk Canoes feature outstanding strength, durability, stability, comfort and ease of paddling.

Custom color & finish, reinforcement, and seating options are available on all canoes.

Nighthawk Canoes currently offers three canoe models. The Cygnus is a solo-friendly 16' tandem canoe which is also available in a 3-seat configuration. It is an ideal solo fishing canoe, or a nimble day touring canoe. The Leo 17 is the perfect northern lakes canoe, plenty of room for gear, excellent stability, and great cruising performance. The Pegasus 18.5 is our largest model, with 1000+ lb. capacity for lots of gear and long trips. Configured with up to four seats, the Pegasus makes the perfect family canoe, with outstanding stability, and great cruising performance.

Nighthawk Canoes is pleased to carry Peregrine Kayaks. The Talon and Keewenaw models are lightweight, easy to paddle and fully customizable. Paddling demos are available at scheduled events, or by appointment. Canoe and Kayak paddles and a light car trailer are also available through Nighthawk Canoes.
