UPDATED ENTIRE SITE! Revised site organization from "Sections" to River Segment "acronyms" for all rivers except the Lower Wisconsin River. For example; what was Peshtigo River - Section 1, is now Peshtigo River (P1).

UPDATED ENTIRE SITE! The format for measuring each Section's or Segment's distance has changed from "Mileage from Put-in" to overall River Mileage. River Mileage the distance from where the river ends to whatever feature is indicated (see the river maps). The only exception is the Wolf River, which is measured from Keshena Falls.

Several River Segment mileage distances have changed. Consequently, some Elevation Drop and Gradient measurements have also changed (by small amounts). Now using new topographic software which is (hopefully) more accurate.

Completed adding 'Area Guides' to all rivers currently featured in the Wisconsin Paddle Guide. The Area Guides feature: an interactive region map, local weather, a list of local communities, along with a simple directory listing of: links to regional Visitor Center and Chambers, local outfitters, retail sporting goods stores, National / State Forest and State Park camping areas, and local medical centers.
